Whiplash Treatment is a medical care plan that evaluates and treats neck symptoms after sudden collision movement.

Whiplash care begins with an injury evaluation. We discuss the crash, symptoms, movement limits, and other conditions that could affect your neck or back. Treatment may include focused medical care and targeted interventional procedures. Depending on your condition, options may include facet joint injections, medial branch blocks, occipital nerve blocks, epidural steroid injections, or joint injections. Pain that persists can have more than one source. Our board-certified physicians in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine assess the findings before recommending a plan. We also document the condition throughout treatment. A failed approach often starts with treating neck pain without checking related nerve or joint symptoms. We look at the full injury picture, explain the reason for each step, and adjust care when the findings call for it.

I had a great experience at premier injury specialist after my car accident. From the moment I walked in, Tracy, the patient coordinator, made sure I understood the process and felt comfortable. Tony, the medical assistant, did an amazing job explaining the procedure in detail, which eased my nerves. Dr. Vyas thoroughly reviewed my MRI and took the time to explain my condition and treatment options. He was very honest and upfront about the procedure, making sure I truly needed the injection before administering it. His transparency and genuine care for my well-being reassured me that this office isn’t just in it for the money — they are truly invested in their patients’ health. I highly recommend this office to anyone in need of pain management. They provide exceptional care with professionalism and integrity.

Your first deliverable is an injury evaluation that connects the crash, your symptoms, and the next care decision. Schedule a consultation with Premier Injury Specialists during our office hours.

Neck pain can grow after the first day, even when the crash seemed minor. The key issue is whether stiffness, headaches, or arm symptoms are changing your daily tasks. Write down when each symptom began and bring any records from earlier care. Our injury evaluation connects that history with the findings that shape your treatment plan.
Pain, tingling, or numbness after a collision can raise concern about nerve irritation. Those symptoms need a focused review because neck pain may not be the only issue. Note which side is affected and what movements worsen it. We assess the neck and related symptoms, then explain whether targeted care fits the findings.
Some patients want to understand an injection before choosing a treatment path. The decision depends on the pain source, examination findings, and your condition, not the procedure name alone. We explain the purpose of any recommended intervention and document the clinical reasoning. Care may be billed through MedPay or an attorney lien.
